Joingo is an upcoming mobile marketing company which is trying to take control of the emerging mobile casino market. The marketing and engagement company has recently announced that they have made an agreement with Aliante Casino and Hotel Resort to provide them with their mobile loyalty services. The mobile loyalty system is award-winning and will soon be implemented to provide customers at the North Las Vegas resort with their personal mobile services. This will include their latest technology products, including the new Mobile Inbox feature.
The new deal, which will integrate the resorts systems with Aliante's new IGT Casino Management System, will give the casino firm to ability to communicate with their customers with personalised and highly targeted messages directly to the customer's mobile device. All notifications sent to the mobile device will be stored in the applications Mobile Inbox, and players can easily manage their available offers, through filtering, organising, searching and setting up alerts amongst other features. The integrated system also allows players to connect to the loyalty scheme via the application. This gives them real-time access to account balances, tier status, bonus cash and credits.
