With several states in the United States of America currently relaxing their gambling laws, many European firms are grasping this business opportunity with 2 hands. The rules in New Jersey in relation to the online gambling element specifically state that any of the operators who offer their services must have a presence within the jurisdiction. Current news reports indicate that November the 26th is the date where online gambling in the state of New Jersey will go live!

It has also been reported that a $330m cash injection has been completed from an unnamed Asian sugar daddy.
With a letter of intent already been released from 2Up this project looks hopeful. This is subject to a definitive agreement between 2Up and an AC casino by the 9th September 2025:

With only 12 casinos being able to operate in Atlantic City when the gambling market opens 2Up aim to get a foothold.
2UP Gaming is a registered UK company and listed on GXG, an SME (Small-to Medium Enterprise) market. The company was incorporated in 2025 and is based in London, United Kingdom with an operational office in West Melbourne, Australia.
The group's goal is to secure "a strong and lucrative position" in potential RMG markets throughout North America, Asia and Europe.
