Jersey Mobile Casinos

The fact that Atlantic City is within New Jersey and is a hub of gambling activity in some of the biggest and best known land based casinos may lead you to think that gambling legislation is a lot looser in the Garden State, but you would be wrong.  At present, NJ online gambling is still illegal, with New Jerseyites still unable to play online, but we are looking to the future to try and predict which casino sites could be on offer.

Casino Predictions

Caesars Casino is one of the biggest known in the entire world, but they move far beyond Vegas.  New Jersey is also home to Caesars Casino, so Caesars online casino seems like the natural progression for citizens of New Jersey if the bill legalising online gambling is ever to be passed within the state.  Shares in Caesars Casino have skyrocketed since the online gambling bill has been on the horizon, and it has even been discussed that Atlantic City Casinos could run the websites.

888 is also a big name within the casino industry, so naturally they cannot wait to be able to offer casino games to the US market, but again they of course have to wait.

Finally, party actually gained a license to provide Nevada with mobile poker, so it looks like they could very well be the first in line if New Jersey ever does pass the legislation.

Legalization

The law for New Jersyans at present could very well be set to change.  A bill calling for the legalization of online casinos in the state may have been recently discarded by the governor, but he did go on to state that this could change if some amendments within the bill were made.

Payment Methods

Payment methods if this online gambling legislation was to pass would not differ from what we see in other areas in the world.  One of the biggest payment methods used by American retailers is American Express, but this is not accepted everywhere, so citizens of New Jersey would most likely choose the likes of Click2Pay, Click and Buy and of course the likes of PayPal and Neteller.

Next Steps

If the online gaming bill is amended and passed in New Jersey, they would be one of the very first states to offer this.  Not only would this be excellent for New Jersyans alone, it could also pave the way for other states to move on their online gaming views.
